Send Push Notification To Fitbit via My Custom App or Fitbit App

Hey,

 
I have developed fitness site ( include fitness video , fitness teachers guidance) along with ios and Android app for one of my client , in site we have one section called reminder in which user fill their reminder time for e.g every day at 8:00 am , which remind users to do workout, now we want to send push notification of reminder to users who is using fitbit, is it possible to send push notification to through your app ? if yes then how can we accomplish ?

Off the top of my head i dont think you can send a notification to another app.

You can not send a notification to the device itself as the SDK is not available from Fitbit.
