Hello-
Our Medical Group is setting up Fitbit to allow our patients to submit readings to their online patient portal. I set up our FDI records and all was working except for when the patient would do the final step in connecting account- (although it was failing, the readings were still populating).
In an attempt to "fix" the issue, I reset our consumer key and secret. Now, when I log into our portal, i cannot even establish an account at all.

If you reset your client (consumer) key and secret, you'll need to update your application with the new values before you'll be able to authenticate users or make API requests.

Hi Jeremiah,
I did update that information on my application record. Still no luck.
