Hi there @scotsbabe2016, Its been a few weeks since you posted and I can see you are hitting hard those goals. I saw you commented in other board that you get 9,000 steps already. How it goes so far? I wish I could hit more than 8,000 steps but due to the job and other stuff, it wont happen any time soon.
Thank you for sharing with us and if you have questions or you need help, let us know, either I or any of my teammates will be happy to help you.

Hey @scotsbabe2016! Well, it all depends on the type of activities you are doing and the diet you are following, the number of pounds you are losing. Always at the beginning we are so motivated and we see numbers change, so I hope you keep with the same motivation and you reach your goal! I'm pretty confident that you'll make it. Now regarding the calories you found out when you just awake, the data you're seeing is an estimate of your historical caloric burn. Remember that you still burn calories while you sleep or rest, so the data you see is your estimated calorie burn for the day or BMR, which is estimated using your age, gender, height and weight.
Have an awesome day!

Hi there @scotsbabe2016, that is pretty cool. Congratulations for your awesome effort. I know it takes a lot of determination to maintain a routine and eat better.
After I talked with you, I felt motivated to start working out, and so far as I was discussing with other user, it has been a stress reliever.
As always keep the hard work my friend.

Pretty cool my friend @scotsbabe2016! You can do it! 5 pounds are much more easier to lose, specially if you already lost a higher amount before. Keep it up the good job and don't forget to share your experience in the Community! Take a look of our Discussions board as well. 😉
Have a nice day!
