Can I link more than 1 fit zip to my Android phone?  My husband and I both have fit zips, but he does not have a cell phone.

You just need to set it up with his email address. Has to be a new one and not yours.

 

You will need to log in and out all the time to check stats

When I go to the fitbit site, it only gives me option to replace fitzip, not add another. It doesn't give me options to add a different email that I can find.

@Newtofitzip welcome aboard! @WendyB is so right. You just need to set up your husband's Fitbit Zip by creating a separate Fitbit account. You can set up multiple trackers to your Fitbit account but not from the same type, for example you can set up a Zip and a Flex; but not a Zip and a Zip.
