I put 2 new batteries in still no sync since July 22 and the time is off by 1.5 hours. Help.

I have had the same issue and now mine doesn't reset at midnight. After troubleshooting etc, it is because my phone is no longer compatible. That might also be your problem.

What phones have become incompatible with Fitbit?? Fitbit maintains a list at www.fitbit.com/devices
Sometimes, simply removing and re-adding back the tracker to the app fixes these kinds of problems.

I wouldn't give up just yet. Sometimes removing the device and adding it back to our account, even from a separate computer like a tablet or phone, can fix the problem and get us resyncing again.
