Since Jan 1 (coincidence?) when I manually add an activity, specifically weights or swimming, fitbit computes the calories but neither the activity time nor the calories are adding to the totals for the day. Worked fine previuosly and I am logging activity the same way. Is this a bug in the software ?

Update. I entered activity today and it logged all info correctly. Also, the data back to Jan 1 corrected retroactively. I did not reinstall the app so this is a mystery!

My active minutes were logged until yesterday afternoon when I updated the system software on my android. I immedately lost all active minutes measured yesterday, and it seems to have stopped measuring active minutes completely. I have reset the zip and reinstalled the app. Any ideas?

And today it's working again, no problem. However, the last two days are still blank

I just got my first fit bit zip a few days ago. My question is do I always have to go to the website to document how much I have walked. I sometimes go for two walks a day, a long one in the morning and a short one later on in the day. I have another question, where do you suggest that I put the fit bit zip, on the arm, in my pocket, or on my fanny pack. Thank you
