I moved this to the Zip Help Forum, @CathyKE7, where it will get more attention since it is specific to the Zip tracker.

I'm having the same issue and it's getting worse. My battery is installed properly. Any other ideas? I've already reset it.

A warm welcome to the Forums @Flitfloat! Thank you for moving this @USAF-Larry and @WendyB for chiming in to help.
@Flitfloat If you have already made sure that it is properly installed, I'd recommend that you get in touch with Customer Support. I'm sure they will be happy to help you and check on what's happening.
