Battery not lasting

Shouldn't the battery in my Zip last longer than 3 weeks?

I moved this to the Zip Help Forum, @CathyKE7, where it will get more attention since it is specific to the Zip tracker.

Make sure you are installing the battery correctly

I've been having the same issue, it seems to be getting worse. I wish I had an answer for you/us.

I'm having the same issue and it's getting worse. My battery is installed properly. Any other ideas?  I've already reset it.

@Flitfloat If you have already made sure that it is properly installed, I'd recommend that you get in touch with Customer Support. I'm sure they will be happy to help you and check on what's happening.
