What device are using? Be specific: a Samsung Galaxy series phone? An iPhone? A Dell Inspiron laptop?
Have you allowed bluetooth to operate on your device?

You need IOS 8 or better to connect, according to Fitbit.
Have you tried holding your Zip very close to the phone, and tapping the Zip to wake it up while you are trying to sync?

With respect, Aries474, you don't have the same problem, as far as I can tell. You have an iPhone 7, and AudioA has an iPhone 4s. You have an Aria and are debugging a problem with it, and AudioA does not. You joined Fitbit two years ago, and AudioA just joined this month. You are running a different version of IOS than AudioA is (because the iPhone 4s is stranded at version 9, and you are certainly running version 10).
The right way to get help is to open a new topic here, and describe it in some detail, rather than joining this conversation with AudioA. Someone will certainly help you.
