I just received my FitBit Zip...after installing it, my clock is running 10 minutes slow...can't seem to locate any assistance in this matter! Can someone help?

Nice to see you here @Lilsis26! This sound odd. What you can try is to check if your tracker is working correctly, to do so please restart it and check the inside spring. Sometimes your tracker will have battery issues when this is bent. Here is a picture of how it should look like:
