Welcome to our Community @Richardm93! Thanks for stopping by! Smiley HappyMmhhh this is really weird my friend, my best advise would be to first restart your tracker by following the steps provided in this thread and then follow the steps provided in here.

Been using a Charge HR for a while with not issue. It was synced to my mobile and then in turn the mobile is linked to the computer. Went to Scotland last week and forgot to take charger. There is now a mismatch between the watch and the phone
