Welcome to the Community Forums @Jadeparkinson26! It sounds like your tracker is stuck on the Firmware update. Please follow the restart process in the help article How do I restart my Fitbit device?

 

After this, try updating your firmware by following the help article Why can't I update my Fitbit device?

I tried to restart it and it didn’t work. I followed the instructions provided and nothing happened other then a slight vibration but the screen is still the same.
