Fitbit has stopped syncing!

tried to restart  -  showed version, then some happy faces and went back to normal on zip

tried for help at 7:30 but no one came onto the screen, left additional info and still waiting now 9:25

maybe closed for the night??

dashboard shows last sync as mar 14 at 4:21 pm and nothing since

'today' shows no activity on dashboard

Hello @dickt, it is great to see new members aboard! 🙂 If your Zip isn't syncing, then I suggest you to restart your Zip by following the steps in this post. However, if that isn't enough, please take a look at the tips in this post to fix syncing issues.

thanks much  -  the third try to restart worked and all is fine
