My zip will not update. I've tried it sitting at home connected to the wifi with the zip sitting on top of my phone, Bluetooth on and display active. Any suggestions?

A warm welcome to our new friend @Sweetycbs! Hope you're doing great! I'd suggest you restart your Zip and then try to update the firmware of your tracker one more time, if it doesn't work on your mobile device please try it on your computer.
