Hi 

My fitbit zip wont sync i have reset the zip,changed the battery and also checked the metal clip.

But it still wont sync.

Does anyone know why?

Hello @Dawngamo

 

How are you trying to sync - computer or mobile device? Try turning off and then on, the device to see if that helps. With a smartphone, turn off bluetooth, then restart the phone and turn on bluetooth again. See if that helps.
