Randomly turns off

My Zip is randomly turning off, the screen goes blank, and nothing shows up. I have reset it multiple times and it still won't turn on. The battery is good.

Thanks for visiting the Community @tbbsbIn this case, I would recommend checking the metal spring inside the Zip's battery compartment. Sometimes your tracker will have battery issues when this is bent. Here is a picture of how it should look like:
