Best AnswerMy fitbit is doing the same thing. I have a zip tracker. I've restarted my Bluetooth and I've closed down the app. I've also made sure to be connected to the internet. Also, I can't seem to update the firmware either and I try at least 20 times a day to update it.

It's great to have you here @Laena! If you have a Fitbit Zip it just has one firmware version, so there's no need to update the tracker. If your tracker isn't updating the data in your Dashboard, then you may want to try this syncing procedure.
