Ok,Let's say I get 1,500 calories in a day and I walk 10,000 steps it will still say I have 1,500 calories.
In other words it's not giving me calories for my steps.Hoping someone could tell me how to fix this quickly.

Welcome to the forums @Brookeolenar! In this case, it is very important for you to log all of your food and water items on the Food Log page. This will update your caloric budget for the day. Please see our guide on how the Food Plan works on your account.

If your tracker or Fitbit App are not transmitting this information to your account; I recommend to restart your Zip and restart your mobile device, before logging off and force quitting your Fitbit App. If you are on a computer, please clear your cookies and cache before syncing your Zip.

Keep in mind that you need to log your meals and sync your tracker so you can get the most accurate calorie burn numbers. You can check the progress of your Caloric balance at the In vs Out Calories tile.

Hope this helps! Let me know if you have any questions Cat Very Happy
