Tracked exercise

Hi I just bought and iPhone seven the app is up to date I've used the track exercise option this morning for the parkrun the app says I did 6.7 km and when I zoom in on the map it looks like I've zigzagged the whole way round. I'm really disappointed as I love my Fitbit zip and the app. I know the issue is the app because when it's not on track exercise it syncs fine. Please help

Nice to see you here @Valerief! This sounds odd. To ensure that your tracker is working correctly, please restart your tracker. Also, try logging our form your out, reboot your phone and once your phone is up log back in.
