Tracker won't sync and/or communicate with my phone

My zip tracker hasn't synced since 5pm yesterday, I have Uninstaller and reinstalled the replaced my battery and restarted the Bluetooth but nothing is working. Please advise and help!

Im having the same issue since i updated the app. I feel lost without my dashboard stats

I now have an Alta and switched phones. I gave it to my son and im trying to connect it to his iPhone 5 and it won't sync. I did the reset thing and that didn't help either. This is frustrating now. It wouldn't even sync to an iPad.

Hey you @Josen_E!  If guy are switching phone, try doing these steps that @Thray has shared. When you are in the step No. 4, keep in mind that the set up process should be on your son's iPhone 5.

Thanks for the update @Josen_E! My best recommendation would be to get in touch with Customer Support directly they'll be more than glad to give you a hand on this. 

 

Don't forget to mention the steps you've done so far to avoid getting the same ones. You'll be in good hands!

Hey you @Knitter1, welcome here! Smiley Very Happy Have you made sure if your tracker is properly linked to your account? Are you seeing the Zip icon at the top of your Fitbit app?  

 

If so, please try following the steps I posted in one of my previous post (here).

 

If you don't see the icon, try setting it up as a new device by following these steps:

  1. On the Fitbit apps tap the icon in the top right 
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue.
