Two zip trackers?

I wear my fitbit zip on my shoe laces.  I change shoes frequently and have to switch my zip over.  It doesn't take long, but it gets irritating especially if I'm in a hurry.  I now have 2 zips..every time I try to set the other one up, it says you already have one.  I know you can have different makes of trackers, but what if they are the same?   Will it work  on my devices and what would the set up be?  My device is an Amazon tablet.
