After 3 months out of warranty. Zip is no longer working. I sync the unit and in an hour the time has not changed. To wake the unit up I have to keep on tapping or remove the new battery. It's not a battery problem because I've have the same problem with 3 of them...what are the changes that all are bad. I talked with fitbit and there is nothing they can do about this even though they can see the problem.
I will not recommend this unit to anyone. The first one I had was defective and they replaced it. I lost this unit because of a defective clip....this is my third and it should not have died after 15 months.
I'm going to post to my companies website so others do not purchase this unit. (It was recommended by my company as one of the trackers to use.)

Hi @Ziggie2u, glad to see you on board. Sorry to read all the inconveniences you had with the Zip and thank you for your comments. I know that you maybe questioning about the quality in your Fitbit but, we test all of our products before releasing them to the market and we expect the highest quality in our products and services. We value all the input received from our users since this make us grow and be better every day.
