Zip incorrect time and not syncing.

I have a Zip and an Alta.  I want to sync my Zip, which I have not used for awhile, but when I go to the Fitbit site it will only let me use the Alta.  How do I switch?  I'm going to be traveling and I only want to take the  Zip.

The time is wrong and I can't seem to re=set.  I have removed battery, waited 10 seconds, replaced and still can't sync the Zip.  Help please!

Welcome to the Forums @SPFwalker! Thanks for sharing the troubleshooting steps you performed before posting here.

 

Please confirm that you have restarted your Zip as described in this post. Also, make sure that your Zip is paired to your account and try setting it up as a replacement device. To do so, you can follow the help article How do I set up my Fitbit device?
