Zip not holding charge since iOS 2.39 update

I've had 3 zips which drain the battery within hours of syncing the new Zip with my iPhone. When I contacted Fitbit I was told that they were aware of the problem with the Zip and the engineers were working to correct it. In the meantime they refused to refund my purchase price or do anything to resolve the problem. Told me there is one year warranty, but they wouldn't honor it.

Hey there @debiesnoke! Like Support mentioned, at the moment this is a known issue by our engineering team and they are working to find a fix for this. You can join or follow this discussion for more information. We are really sorry for the inconvenience, and we hope to get you back on track soon.

In an effort to tidy up the forums, I'm going to go ahead and close this discussion, but please do join us here for updates on Tracker not holding charge since iOS 2.39 update on Flex, One, and Zip trackers.
