Zip not syncin since 5.9 update

Since I updated my zip yesterday  (11/13) it will sync on my phone.  Have uninstalled the app and then reinstalled it, turned phone off/on, and did the same with my bluetooth.  Anyone have some ideas.

Thanks for stopping by @jyy777! Please make sure that you are restarting your Zip as suggested here. Also, I would recommend checking the metal spring inside the Zip's battery compartment. Here is a picture of how it should look like:
