After upgrading my phone to Samsung 10e my Zip will not sync. I have even tried to sync with my old phone (S4) and have had no success. Last successful sync was July 1. Customer support could not explain why this problem is occurring. Any ideas? Has Fitbit discontinued support for the Zip?

I had the same problem with my Galaxy S10e. I pulled the battery out of my zip, waited a minute, replaced the battery and was then able to sync. Hope this solution helps you.

Is that necessary to do daily, weekly, or even monthly? Awkward solution. Hope FitBit finds a better way-- maybe software update.

Mine did that with my OnePlus 5T. I always had to remove the battery before each synch. I heard they didn't support OnePlus. Just yesterday I got the Samsung S10 and it still has the same problem. I'm thinking the zip is defective. Wish I knew that before so I could have gotten a replacement.

it only sync once, you have to do this every time you need to sync
