After upgrading my phone to Samsung 10e my Zip will not sync. I have even tried to sync with my old phone (S4) and have had no success. Last successful sync was July 1. Customer support could not explain why this problem is occurring. Any ideas? Has Fitbit discontinued support for the Zip?

Best AnswerMine did that with my OnePlus 5T. I always had to remove the battery before each synch. I heard they didn't support OnePlus. Just yesterday I got the Samsung S10 and it still has the same problem. I'm thinking the zip is defective. Wish I knew that before so I could have gotten a replacement.
