zip not syncing. bought a new computer several months ago, windows 10, down loaded my fitbit zip. been working fine. during xmas break was away for a few days had to reboot, worked again, good to go. its seemed to happen again, my zip won't sync, zip is display fine, I'm not receiving my steps on dashboard or my virgin pulse program. Thanks for your help...
