Zip not tracking active minutes

For some reason my zip has sometimes forgotten how to track my active minutes. Any recommendations will be greatly appreciated.

@Nene88 Welcome aboard! As my friend @SunsetRunner advised, try to restart your tracker and if the problem persists, I recommend contacting our Customer Support team so they can investigate further.
