Zip not tracking steps

I get the smiley face and the time but that's all and it isn't tracking steps..  Have a full battery.  Anyone know what the problem is?

Nice to see you here @graylady! This sounds odd. To make sure that your tracker is working correctly please, restart it. If this doesn't work, try setting it up as a new device
