Zip rapid battery drain - iOS app Version 2.43

This Zip was sent to me as a replacement a few months ago. (Thanks.) I was having a different problem with the previous one, in addition to the battery problem. The battery problem started in pretty quickly again on this one.

I got a new battery at CVS yesterday and I have a low battery today. I’ve spent $16 on batteries in a couple of months.

I own another Zip (still in the box) that I was going to give as a gift. I’d like to send them both back for an exchange (upgrade to rechargeable) or refund.

This is a known bug at the moment. You can get the latest information on it in this thread:

I'm not sure an exchange would help while this bug is around and fitbit only offer refunds for fitbits bought from their online store within 45 days.
