Zip resetting time after workout

Very Frustrating! Loses me points on a company sponsored health plan. looking for other options soon.

It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community @Llightninbulb! This sounds odd. Please restart your Zip to make sure that is working correctly. Also, please double check if your timezone setting is correct.

Tried these suggestions. Not the solution. Time reset twice today at work...now showing 0 steps for second time.

Question...if someone else has a dongle plugged into a computer and I come in range of it would this cause my Zip to lose info? I find it hard to believe since I have been doing this at work for over two years.

Also it has happened away from work.

Thanks for the update @Llightninbulb! In this case, I would recommend checking the metal spring inside the Zip's battery compartment. Sometimes your tracker will have battery issues when this is bent. Here is a picture of how it should look like:

Regarding your inquiry, if your tracker is close to a dongle it will automatically sync and send all the tracked data to your account.
