Zip's Display not Working

Whenever I press my Fitbit it just goes black on screen

I have changed batteries twice no display

Welcome to the Forums @Kundi! Thanks for sharing your experience with your Zip and for the troubleshooting you have performed before posting here. 

 

To make sure is working correctly, please restart it. Also, verify that there is proper contact between the battery and the battery contacts inside your Zip. The process can be followed here
