Zip shattered while running

I was at they gym in the treadmill and when I finished running I looked at my zip that was attached to my pants and the screen had shattered. Has anyone had this happen to them?!? It's less then a year old!

Hi @Bkinkade - I've never heard of one breaking without any impact - definitely odd. The good news is you should still be under warranty. I'd suggest reaching out to customer support as soon as possible.

It's up to fitbit to decide regarding warranty.
