Hi I've had my Zip for two years with no problem. I can sync it but the dashboard won't open, only a text list about products appears. This is now the third day of the problem, and the first day i hadn't made a note of my steps. As I'm in the final stages of a 1 million step challenge to raise money for Diabetes UK I'm so very disappointed its not working properly.

Thanks for visiting the Community @Sandra18! It sounds like you might not be logged into your Fitbit account. To log in to your dashboard go to Fitbit.com/login. If this is not the case, please attach an screenshot of the issue you are experiencing.

Having exact same problem for about the same time.Clicking on Help gives the message they are aware of problem and are working on it. Seems to taking awhile.

I've been having the same problem for about the same length of time.When I click on help it says they are aware of the problem and are working on it.
