@Mtronot has this tracker ever synced? It's strange for this to happen spontaneously, can you please share if there was something that changed before this problem occurred? if you're not comfortable stating here which phone you're using could you possibly share a screenshot showing the problem with us so we can figure this out ourselves? are you positive that you're referring to the Fitbit ZIP? you mentioned apps and only newer models have apps.
