Zip has not synced since Dec 22. Tried all suggestions and still not working. Traveled to another time zone but no problems last time

Welcome to the Forums @195312aa! Upon checking with Support I was able to see that you have an open case with them. At this point, your best option is to continue working with them. I'm sure that they can find a way to help you to get back on track.
