went for a 11 mile run....after run my zip did not synic....took out battery and put back in in battery and all data from run lost. How do I retreive the data?

Hi there @roadrunnr247, Usually when you took the battery out from a Zip, you are restarting the tracker and this should not caused any data lost. So if you went for a run, make sure your tracker is syncing correctly your information. Once your tracker syncs your steps from the run should be included in the overall activity count.
