wrong time and not syncing

I haven't used my zip for a while and when I put a new battery in, it shows the wrong time. It is still counting steps but it won't sync with my phone or PC properly. My bluetooth is on and I have got it to sync once but with no change in the time on my zip and no update on the number of steps on my dashboard. It has not synced since then.

When did you last use your Zip? Was it as long as as last summer or spring?
