Hi. My Zip is loosing time, not counting correct steps and shutting off altogether.
I've put a new battery in and updated the app.
Any help would be wonderful.

I'm having the same issue. When I sync it will get back on track, but I definitely lose some steps each time it happens. I have to add activity in manually. Extremely frustrating, and I can't get any answer from fitbit support.
I had purchased an extra zip a while ago when I realized they wouldn't be available anymore, and now I can't even set it up. I don't understand why they don't make/sell a device you can where somewhere other than the wrist.
