My zip was working just fine on Friday. I hadn't even looked at it Saturday and when I finally did on Sunday evening it was showing 0 steps. I can't get it to toggle over to the next screen when I tap it. The battery is NOT dead. It still sync's to my phone although it took several days.

Welcome to the Forums @cnm1225! This sounds odd. To make sure that your tracker is working correctly, please restart it.
Also, if your having issues syncing your tracker log out from the Fitbit app and reboot your phone. Once your phone is up, log back in. You can also take a look to the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
