250 steps per hour

Hi,

I have recently noticed that the "250+ steps per hour" icon on my dashboard in the Fitbit app isn't working. As an example, right now it says it has no data (0 of 9 active hours, no data for active or stationary, etc) even though I did a training session, used the multi sport mode on my Fitbit to track it, and have over 8,000 steps recorded on the main dashboard in the app and on my Fitbit. Since it isn't recording my "active hours" I wasn't able to sync my work out with the app but it recorded the calories I burned and steps I took..I'm very confused. Is this a glitch or am I doing something incorrectly?

Thank you!
Milena

Hi @MilenaC

Have moved this thread from the Charge HR to the iOS App section to increase the chance of getting a solution.

Your post will get more attention here.

My Surge also quit tracking the 250+ steps Thursday. It really helps me get more steps in each day. Please fix.

Hey guys @Ewinton@MilenaC and @TracySurge, I hope everything is doin' great!

Hmmm this sounds pretty weird. But let me give you a hand on this. First of all, remember that you have to sync in order to get all of your data updated. That is in the case that the tile is on the app but you can't see your steps updated. Now if the tile isn't there, please follow the steps on this post to show, hide or rearrange tiles on your Dashboard.

However if the tile is not showing, please post an screenshot so I can further investigate this.

Keep me posted!

Same with me. The circular graph does not register the activity accurately. It has not worked since the last updated.
