Well here we go again!!! Never ending issues again with syncing!!! Here I walked over 6000 steps in 3 hours. I sync my phone and it works for the days total steps. But when I go check for the total weekly steps it not working AGAIN!!! Before you tell what I need to do all
the necessary steps well I already fricking did it and it still fricking doesn’t work!!! It’s an never ending with this issue with you guys!! It’s so frustrating!!! Get this right you guys!!!

Best AnswerI sync my phone and steps don’t sync with the total steps for the 7day period on the dashboard. This seems to be a monthly issue with fitbit.
I’ve done everything I can do, I’ve deleted the app and reinstall walk and add more steps still not adding up on the total steps for the 7days.
please someone advise. Like I said it worked fine this morning. Until this afternoon

I have tried all of these steps and it still isn't working. I've been having issues with this for months and it seems to be getting worse. Before it would eventually change within 5 minutes or so. Now it isn't changing at all.
I had this same problem! didn't get anywhere with the support team, kept telling me to do troubleshooting steps but wouldn't go any further than the and couldn't give me answers at all. My versa lite was still under warranty and so I asked for a replacement. Guy from support team refused and told me the device was working perfectly fine. I went to the retailer that sold it to me and they were more than happy to replace it! had my new one for a week today and have had no issues whatsoever.

Sometimes it will take 10-30 mins to be all same. It should be all the same once I sync my phone. I have done all necessary steps that I lost track on how many times a day troubleshooting everything. I have the current update from fitbit along current update on my iphone8 plus. I have the versa2 that I have had just under a year.
I have the same issue with the 7 day steps not updating. I troubleshoot it every day - deleting the app, restarting my Fitbit, restarting my iPhone, downloading the app again ... and sometimes the 7 day steps still doesn't update after all that effort! It is so frustrating. This has to get fixed. It's been going on for months if not longer! Argh.
