9/16/19 update for iPhon

Updated my Alta this morning-now the app won’t open at all, can’t sync. I turned my phone off, no luck HELP.

Hi @MeenaL  iOS had an update of the app yesterday. You'll want version 3.6.1 and it should take care of things for you.

Thanks for responding 3.6.1 is the app version I downloaded this morning. Everything was fine until then. Any other suggestions?

@MeenaL  the only thing you can do is uninstall it and put it back on. Sometimes it works. Let us know.

Removed and reinstalled Fitbit so now it’s working fine. Thanks.
