Hi there!
I'm having some issues with my Alta and the IOS app syncing or having the same data/information. My tracker and the active minutes are correct but the active minutes don't sync with the track exercise or the daily list of exercise/activity.
For example, on 7/31, active minutes are listed as 51 minutes but in the daily exercise or Day 1, it shows 70 minutes total and 23 more active minutes than my tracker does. And the 70 minutes is the correct activity based on what my exercise was that day.
I have restarted my Alta, updated to the latest version of the app on IOS, removed and added my tracker to the app, removed and reinstalled the app.
Any suggestions would help, thank you!

At this moment I don't have a specific time frame for when this issue will be resolved. Our team is still working towards a prompt and proper solution and once I receive more news about this situation I'll make sure to update the thread.

I know I marked this as solved and I did download the latest version of the app but it's still not working. The # of days activity and active minutes are still off and not matching or syncing.
