The iOs app is losing active minutes. They're displayed on the app, then disappear after syncing my Charge HR. Total step count and steps per hour seem unaffected; days of weekly exercise seems to be affected.
Is there a fix?

This seems like a very odd situation but it's possible the app is not updating the information correctly with the one stored in our servers. In this case I would like to suggest you to go to your online Dashboard and check if your Active Minutes are showing correctly there. If they are, please try the following in the app:
