Active Zone Minutes go to 0 when changing watch

When I switch from my Inspire 2 (as clip on) to the Charge 5, all my active zone minutes disappear. This did not happen a few weeks ago. It appears to be a bug, because everything else seems to be accurate like steps, etc.

Do you even get Zone minutes in clip mode without heart rate?  If so, did you sync right before switching to get your data saved?

In clip mode I get all my zone minutes. I sync the Inspire 2 before I switch to the Charge 5. I then see all the information still on the app, except zone minutes goes to zero.

I like discrete during the day as I prefer mechanical analog watches, but I use the charge 5 for sleep and workouts. Getting rid of the Fitbit One without a similar replacement was not a good thing. Inspire is the only option and it won’t do floors.

I think I just figured it out! I just recently found that the Inspire can be put in clip mode. When in a clip with wrist mode, it gives zone minutes and they transfer to the Charge 5. When I made it clip mode, it stopped.

I haven't used an Inspire 2 with clip, but i think if you were wearing in clip but not changing the setting to clip mode, it would still be trying to take a heart rate reading but it would be nonsense.  As you probably found, I think that setting switch can be made in Quick Settings.

I know there are a lot of Fitbit One fans still around.
