Why do I get an active notification when I am making a call. I am making the call. Seems counter intuitive. One would think you only need notifications for incoming calls. I just upgraded. Feom charge he and this is def annoying. Is there a way to disable without disabling incoming?

Not sure @Amyilene but it is your unknown phone that is sending the notification.

At one time, with Android, I was getting an incoming phone message on the wrist while making a call

I am not sure what you mean by my unknown phone. It’s synced to my iPhone and whenever I make a call it’s says active call. Seems unnecessary to notify me I’m making a call as I’m making it. Only should be notified for incoming. My husband is having the same issue as he got his a day before mine. Anyone else have this issue? Have a til to rectify? Or a line to a programmer to fix!

This feature is driving me crazy! I’ve tried everything to get rid of it, no luck. Hopefully Fitbit will find a correction. Very sorry I switched from my Charge 2!

@Amyilene since your asking a question about the interaction between the phone and Charge 4, with no mention of the type of phone. I do have a charge 4 and was not seeing this, but then I'm an android user.

@Cullzer I don't think that it is a feature. But a bug with the current fitbit iOS app

It probably would be worth contacting fitbit and make them aware of this issue.
