Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting your device prior to posting. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this inconvenience and how many times since then? Which activities are affected by this issue? If you haven't already done so, please try the following steps:

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the iOS version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.

Keep me posted.

I'm having the same issue and as a result, it isn't syncing my exercise and calories burned with mfp. I've tried rebooting my phone and uninstalling the app etc. but it still isn't logging my activity since Monday. It's getting so frustrating!

Same issue here. Versa 2. iPhone 8 Plus on version 13.3. I tried all the steps recommended above but the device does not recognize any activities.

Hi,

None of my activities on my fit bit are being logged in terms of my
exercise etc. As a result it's not transferring to MFP. I have a samsung
galaxy phone.

I ended up rebooting the versa and deleting the app and resyncing which has worked. Now I have another problem where the watch gets to a certain level and just dies and will not switch in, I am having to force it to start again!
I must admit since switching to the versa from the Alta and charge this is def the worst one so far! I am on iOS for this.
I hope everyone gets the problem sorted as it seems to be quite a frequent problem

How do you disconnect and re sync it all? I've deleted both apps and
impaired the two etc. But that didnt work. It's annoying because today I
done 52 minutes exercise and MFP tells me I've burned 0 calories...

I did exactly what you have done but also removed the device from my Bluetooth and re synced it all, I understand your frustration completely I do a lot of les mills and walks outside and so much of my exercise was missing. I also was not getting the calories I put which when synced to my fitness pal was disheartening
