I recently purchased a Charge 2 for my daughter, who is under age. The system won't let her create her own account and since I have a Charge 2 the system wants hers to replace mine. Please advise.

@LLStahls  You must be over 13 years of age to set up a Fitbit account.  (Legal info HERE ).   Also, you can have multiple trackers on one account, but they have to be different types - hence why it thinks you are trying to replace yours when you try to add.  (You could add any other type BUT a Charge 2)
