Hi, my charge 2 has just suddenly stopped receiving text alerts and phone call notifications. I've restarted my iPhone, I've made sure all notifications are on, can anyone help?

Mine is the same and my sister said hers is too it's an iPhone 7 we both have but was working fine a day or so ago

My phone is an iPhone 6s, I did do an update on it a couple of days ago, not certain that it coincides with the messages not coming through though

@Yumyum666 And @Sthomas23. If you have a Charge 2, make sure on the Charge 2 itself that notifications are on.  From the main clock face, press and hold the side button.  This will turn notifications "on" or "off".

 

Sometimes I have inadvertently turned mine off when placing in the charger.  Maybe you did by accident as well.
