Mine is the same and my sister said hers is too it's an iPhone 7 we both have but was working fine a day or so ago

@Yumyum666 And @Sthomas23. If you have a Charge 2, make sure on the Charge 2 itself that notifications are on. From the main clock face, press and hold the side button. This will turn notifications "on" or "off".
Sometimes I have inadvertently turned mine off when placing in the charger. Maybe you did by accident as well.
